Connected social accounts: when you connect Instagram or TikTok, we store the access token (encrypted) and your public profile identifier to measure campaign performance. Usage data: pages visited and interactions, collected to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate and improve CastPly; process applications, submissions, and rewards; measure social media performance for campaigns; communicate with you about campaigns and the platform; and ensure compliance with our Terms.

3. Social Media Data

When you connect a social media account, we access only the data required to measure your campaign performance (such as reach, views, likes, comments, shares, and saves). We never post on your behalf without your consent. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are revoked when you disconnect your account.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Campaign owners see only the content and performance data you submit to their campaigns. We may share data with service providers who help operate the platform (such as hosting and analytics) under appropriate safeguards, and we may disclose data where required by law.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
